Catching clients with your web(site)

Right now pretty much everyone is using their #website or social media as their shop window as, understandably, shopping is off the cards at the mo in real life (thanks #Coronavirus).
At the same time as everyone using their website, everyone else is at home, wanting to look online. It's the perfect time to promote what you do, right?
Except, now you've never been more up against the competition if you tried. People's time may be fairly limitless, but their attention span isn't. Why bother navigating the complicated website of that pub down the road, with no obvious links or up to date menus, when the other one has a click and collect /delivery service set up?
